Please check the Legal Mentions for other informations, including cancellation. Student registration rates are only available to undergraduate and graduate students who have not yet received their Ph.D. Post-docs may not register as students.

Please follow the steps below to complete your registration:

Conference registration

Step 1: Register here. The prices are listed below. Registration includes coffee breaks, cocktail, the gala dinner and lunches. However, other dinners (April 21st and 22sd) and accommodation are at the discretion of the participant. TE Hub registration is limited to the first 50 participants and will be confirmed by email. Update on December 22nd 2023: the TEhub workshop is now full and registration will only be taken into account for the ICTE conference.

Abstract submission    

Submit your abstract for an oral or poster presentation here. Note that your abstract will be considered only if you have registered and that you don't necessarily need to submit your abstract at the time of registration. The deadline to apply for an oral presentation is February 15th, 2024. The deadline to apply for a poster presentation is March 15th, 2024. Selection of 22 talks from abstracts will be based on scientific quality as well as reflecting diversity in speakers in terms of geography, gender and age. Be aware, during abstract submission you will be prompted to choose a topic from the following options:

  • Transposable elements, genome evolution and adaptation
  • Transposable elements in health and disease
  • Transposable element control & epigenetics
  • Transposition mechanisms and applications
  • Education and outreach (a poster only session)
